First Thoughts and Feelings



I must admit, i wasn’t sure what was expected of me at the initial meeting and it wasn’t really clear what was going to happen…it was then later explained that an important part of the project was to “go with the flow” and see where it would lead. I have found the process as interesting as the content but am a bit frustrated in terms of actually getting the Janison Toolbox up and running. And of course, I am frustrated by the content that will be there for the Retail Section. It would be so great if it was modified for Hair & Beauty! Nicki Schell

    Hi Nicki
    I can empathise with your frustration. I think you will find that as we go further, you will gather momentum. Have you had a good hard look at the Retail Toolbox? The aspects that you want to use, the parts that are already useful as they stand, the modifications that you want to make?
    The clearer you can be on what it is you want and need to achieve, the more quickly we will be able to gather momentum in your project.
